Four Points Sheraton Sold
Maryland hotel investment firm purchased the Four Points by Sheraton on the Jacksonville Beach oceanfront for $36.75 million.
The hotel is a six-story, 80-unit oceanfront property located at 11 N. First St. and was built in 2001 then renovated in 2014.

Boat Ramp Temporarily Closing
The Mike McCue Boat Ramp 🚤 will be closed starting in early January (exact date not yet known) for construction of the new bulkhead.
The nearest alternative ramps are located at Oak Harbor Boat Ramp, Mayport Boat Ramp, or Palm Valley Boat Ramp.
