According to public records Pete’s Bar, two adjoining properties sold for $5 million.
However total sale is estimated at $8 million to $11 million, that estimate amount includes the liquor licence and "blue sky" for the business that has operated since 1933.

It has a taxable value of $391,056. The second 1,698' cottage at 110 Lemon St. was built in 1917. It has a taxable value of $449,435. Pete’s Bar occupies 117 First St. is 3,956 square feet with a taxable value of $528,500.
-Pete’s Bar was started in 1933 by Peter Jensen, Then he applied and was awarded the very first liquor license in Duval County after Prohibition was repealed in 1938.
-In addition to the bar the purchase there are two cottages, a space including a jewelry store, tourist gift shop. and a small barbecue stand facing east.
